Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the conference, HighQuest Group encourages substitutions. For a full refund, less a $150.00 processing fee, please contact us by October 6, 2017. No refunds will be made after that date. HighQuest Group reserves the right to cancel the event at any time and, unfortunately, cannot reimburse pre-arranged travel expenses.
